MENTAL WELLBEING FOR SCHOOLS
While delivering our fitness programmes over the past 6 years in primary and secondary schools we witnessed the importance for children to recognise when to ask for help or learn how to deal with certain emotions that they may feel on a daily basis or that arise from different experiences.
Over the past few years, behind the scenes we have worked very hard to trial and develop a programme to help support and improve the MH of pupils in schools. The combination of improving school children’s physical and mental wellbeing has been extremely positive and successful.
